The
National Professional Practice Assessment® (NPPA) consists of scenarios
designed to test the acumen and insight you have gained from your HR related
experience. Questions will present a brief description of a situation and you
will be asked to select the best action for each scenario. HR professionals
across the country have vetted the situations and possible actions.
Degree Requirement:
As of January 1, 2011, CHRP Candidates – those who
have passed the National Knowledge Exam ® (NKE) -
require a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or
university in order to register for the National Professional
Practice Assessment ® and qualify for the CHRP designation. Official
transcripts are required for proof of degrees. For transcripts to be
considered official, they must come directly from the school to the HRMAM office
via mail or courier. A recognized degree granting institution is any
provincially approved university within Canada; or in the case of foreign
degrees, any degree approved by IQAS or WES. A copy of your educational
assessment must be sent directly to the HRMAM office from the institute to be
used as proof of degree. HRMAM 1810-275 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3B 2B3
