HRMAM's HR Excellence Awards recognize small/medium and large Manitoba businesses that have harnessed the power of HR to advance their business goals.  Organizations that have successfully demonstrated leadership in Human Resource programs or services by creating, developing, and implementing related initiatives that have resulted in significant and measurable benefits to their organization during a particular year(s).

Each of the the Business Excellence Awards categories listed below offer an award for Small/Medium Businesses (<250 employees) and Large Businesses (>250 employees)

 


Health, Wellness and Safe Workplace Award

(Small/Medium & Large Business Categories) 

For helping employees stay healthy, well and safe, protecting them and the organization, using all measures at their disposal.

Employee Development, Relations and Total Rewards Award

(Small/Medium & Large Business Categories)

For fostering a collaborative work environment, supporting employees to continually improve and/or creating an effective total rewards structure.


   

 

Applications

Applications are now being accepted for all 2017 HR Excellence Award categories. See "Application Information" under each category for information pertaining to the submission of that particular award. 

 

Nomination deadline is December 16, 2016. Late applications will not be accepted.  

 

Earn CPD Hours *NEW for 2017*

CPHRs can now earn Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours for completing the full application. 

 

Hours can be claimed under section 1a - Work/Consulting Initiatives. The number of hours claimed should be in accordance with the length of your submission and a reasonable estimate of the amount of time it took to prepare. The number of hours claimed will be subject to review by the Audit Committee.

Preliminary Application
 *NEW for 2017*

 

The Preliminary Application allows for members to express interest in nominating an individual or an organization for an HR Excellence Award without having to complete the in-depth application. 

 

Simply fill out the information requested and HRMAM will follow up with the individual or organization to complete the full application.
